West Zone of QETDZ is located in a state defined seven-degree quakeproof defense area; East Zone of QETDZ is located in a state defined six-degree quakeproof defense area.

3.Condition of the industrial lands in QETDZ

Some parts of QETDZ have been qualified as "Seven Connections & One Level", in which Internet and Satellite TV are also available. Water, power, drainage, heating, gas and other utilities' pipes and lines are connected to the red line (site border) of the site for customers.
